A meticulously curated two day music festival held on March 15th & 16th, 2024, within the serene environs of The Riverview Retreat and Taj Resort &Spa Corbett, emerged as a testament to the collaborative vision of Vir Srivastava, Promoter/Director of The Riverview Retreat Corbett, and his partners, the Prasad’s of Leisure Hotels.

The festival featured performances by some of India’s greatest music icons, Maestros such as Padma Vibhushan Ustad Amjad All Khan with Amaan Ali Bangash &Ayaan Ali Bangash, Ustad Shujhaat Husain Khan, Hariharan, Rakesh Chaurasia, Vidhushi Kaushiki Chakraborty, alongside renowned tabla players like Satyajeet Tawalkar, Ojas Adhiya, Yashwant Vaishnav and some brilliant compering Suchitra Pillai, amongst several others who graced the stage with their unparalleled talent.

There was an overwhelming response from music enthusiasts and distinguished personalities who attended the festival and treated not only to captivating musical performances but also to a gastronomic journey curated by the culinary experts of both participating hotels.

A highlight was the indulgence in Royal Rampuri cuisine, meticulously prepared by cooks hailing from the same lineage as those who once served the Nawabs of Rampur. The seamless blend of music, ambience, and culinary delights made Ragas by the River an unforgettable experience, drawing guests from far and wide, including overseas, to partake in this music extravaganza. The resounding success of the festival has motivated the organizers to declare it an annual event, promising even more enchanting experiences in the years to come.
