Hotel Policy

As per the hotels policy, check in time is 13:00 hours and check out time is 11:00 hours. Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability. In case of confirmed early morning check in / late checkout we recommend requesting the reservation team well in advance and reserve the room from the day prior on applicable rate

The taxes applicable at the above rate are as per the GST rule

Identification Proof: As per Government notification, all guests are required to carry proof of identity at the time of check in. The proof of identity can either be the guest driving license, passport, voter identification card or Aadhaar card.

Guarantee Policy: Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of 100% advance amount at the time of processing the reservation. Also, for any additional services availed, payment can be done directly at the hotel prior to check out.

Hotel will not block rooms / packages where 100% payment has not been received.

Cancellation Policy:

Any Cancellation/Amendment within 07 days of arrival or in case of No Show, full stay retention would be applicable.
Cancellation/Amendment done between 07 days to 15 days of arrival date, 50% retention would be applicable.
Cancellation/Amendment done before 15 days of arrival, no retention would be levied.

Terms and Condition:

The applicable tariff, offers are subject to change as per management’s discretion – Taxes as per the Government notification.
Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of full advance amount from the guest / their representative travel agent or tour operator at our office only.
Rates are valid for both Indian & foreign nationals
Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers/ packages/ rates.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
